Happy Birthday
The other instrumental song on the Trolley Songs album, “Happy Birthday” is a song that everyone knows but that almost no one covers. Danny Fratina fills this void with his uptempo, hard swinging version after the initial singalong. The band gets so many requests for “Happy Birthday” at gigs and was tired of playing a sloppy, impromptu rendition every time, and thus this arrangement was born.
